Premiere: Liverpool post punks Oh Well Goodbye Release New Track Metrolens

Cult Liverpool post punks Oh Well Goodbye have released Metrolens, a taster for a new set of material later this year. A shadowy, reverbed slice of dark alt. pop, the six-minute cut is one of the most shoegaze influenced tracks by the band to date.

Released through lead singer Phil Rourke’s Edils Records label, OWG are currently working on new songs with band drummer Andy Fernihough behind the recording desk.



The quartet are set to play a pair of dates next month (see below), with the first held in the Kazimier Stockroom, situated in the Gardens of the legendary former venue.

The first in a series of donation entry exhibitions curated by the band this year, the opening event features support acts including Liverpool alt. rockers The Entire City plus, poetry reading and projections.
