News: Premiere: Oh Well Goodbye Return With New Video For And Ease Liverpool post-punk outfit Oh Well, Goodbye have announced their re-emergence with slow-rolling new cut And Ease, backed with an evocative monochrome-shot video. The first new material from the band since late 2016, the group are maintaining a prolific release rate following last year's double hit of EPs, Swoon and Acquiescence.

Combining their hallmark downbeat melodicism, the sparse guitar and synth lines are led by frontman’s Phil Rourke’s intriguing verses that returns to its ‘My name is on your lips’ chorus hook.

Directed by venerated Liverpool film maker Dan Hewitson of Freakbeat Films, who has helmed videos for psych act The Lucid Dream amongst other notables, the clip overlays grainy b&w footage of a desolate-looking NCP with film of the band in their practice room.

Sticking with the extended play format, And Ease is a taster for forthcoming release, four track set Affinity: Part One, which will be available from November 3rd digitally and on CD plus cassette, continuing OWGs fondness for the resurgent format.

Issued through the band’s own label Hail Hail Records for the UK and EU, the Stateside release is being handled by longtime collaborators, cult San Fran outfit Bleeding Gold Records.
