Alt. rock specialists announce UK tour for July

SPILT Alt. rock mavens SPILT have announced rearranged dates for their headline tour, which takes place in July. The dates have been rearranged from an initial tour this Spring which was scuppered due to the pandemic (see below for details).

the string of six shows kicks at The Fiddler in London on July 15th and concludes at the Bootleg Social in Blackpool on the 31st, taking a show on not-quite home turf in Liverpool on the 30th.

Creators of one of 2019s finest guitar band debut LPs No Ball Games (review) the dates form their debut headlining jaunt.

SPILT’s most recent track Nomad released in February showchased a different side to the group moving away from blistering indie rock into downtempo synth pop.

In aaddition to their tour dates, the band are scheduled to play Futurama Festival in Liverpool in early September. The punk / New Wave event takes places at the Invisible Wind Factory is capped by headline slots from Heaven 17 and Peter Hook And The Light and features sets from Eyesore and the Jinx and Saint Agnes.
