Band record song for 'Chimes of Freedom: The Songs of Bob Dylan.'

We Are Augustines Record Song to Celebrate 50 Years of Amnesty International The Brooklyn three-piece's cover of a classic Dylan song will feature alongside 80 other well known artists such as Pete Townshend, Patti Smith, Sting, Queens of the Stone Age, My Morning Jacket and more.

Singer Billy McCarthy says: "We are honored to support "Chimes of Freedom: Songs of Bob Dylan Honoring 50 Years of Amnesty International" Over 80 artists were asked to cover a Bob Dylan song, many of them our heroes. We chose and recorded "Mama You've Been On My Mind" in late summer. This is a huge deal to the band, Please join us in supporting Amnesty International and their tireless efforts for human rights around the world.”

All proceeds from the album - release January 24 - will go towards Amnesty International USA's fight against censorship and attacks on free speech.

The band will also play XFM's Winter Wonderland (December 14) and a free show at the Camden Wheel Barrow on December 13.

The band's debut 'Rise Ye Sunken Ships' is released on March 5.
