Plastician announces first ever Terrorhythm club night

Something For The Weekend: London Rinse FM stalwart Plastician has just announced the first line up for his new club night Terrorhythm, named after the label he has curated for almost a decade. Taking place at the renowned Plan B in Brixton on Friday 26th July, the night aims to showcase a broad spectrum of bass weighted electronic music (much like Plastician’s Rinse show has been doing since his stint in LA which had some wonderfully curated guest spots)

The line up for the night includes recent Terrorhythm signing Anton F, two excellent house DJs and fellow Rinse associates DJ Able and Funk Butcher, LAXX, a producer with seemingly bottomless productivity who has seen excellent releases on the like of Wheel & Deal and Biscuit Factory Records, Plastician himself and two talents found through an open call via his Facebook page: Skit and Darkstepper; the latter of whom you can sample a wonderfully hazy r’n’b & hip-hop mix via her Soundcloud.

With far too many opinionated fools across various publications and social media kicking up dust and petty squabbles about genre at present it’s important to support nights such as Terrorhythm, which ignore demographic and simply push good music, so get over to ResidentAdvisor for tickets and full event details.

You can also catch Plastician on his Friday night slot 21.00 – 23.00 weekly on Rinse.fm
