Goat Girl: Debut Album and Tour Details Announced

Rising London quartet Goat Girl have announced a lengthy set of dates beginning in late March in support of their highly anticipated eponymous debut LP released on 6th April.

An integral part of the South London scene that also includes Fat White Family, Shame and Phobophobes, Goat Girl’s melange of country, jazz and post-punk has been showcased on a clutch of standout singles. Continuing their run of 45s, recent cut The Man comes backed with an excellent video that featured a gender-reversed take on Beatlemania.



Kicking off with a show at The Deaf Institute, Manchester Saturday 31st March, once the UK shows and a clutch of gigs on the Continent are completed, the group jet back to the States to support NYC alt. rockers Parquet Courts on dates across North America.

Signed to legendary indie label Rough Trade, Goat Girl is produced by renowned helmer Dan Carey, famed for his work with Franz Ferdinand, Bat For Lashes and Mystery Jets.
