Rising up with Dog is Dead and Swimming, Nottingham's Escapologists are setting the Nottingham landscape alight. Formed in 2006, they've grabbed attention with their mixture of post-rock and pop structures, whilst charging their local scene as figureheads behind Nottingham's music hub First Love. The video for 'Conscience and Regret' - taken from their forthcoming album 'Fireworks' is a neat mixture of home movie clips which should appeal to all 90s nostalgists.
