Black Rebel Motorcycle Club Announce New Album Wrong Creatures American alt. rock doyens Black Rebel Motorcycle Club have announced details on their eighth studio LP Wrong Creatures, due for release on January 12th 2018.

The follow up to Specter At The Feast (2013), the trio of Peter Hayes (vocal, guitar, harmonica), Robert Levon Been (vocal, bass, guitar) and Leah Shapiro (drums) started work on the set in the summer of 2015. Shapiro was six months clear of life-saving surgery for Chiari Malformation, a rare disorder that afflicts the flow of spinal fluid between the brain and spine.

Following initial work at their rehearsal space The Bunker in North Hollywood, the songs were produced by Nick Launay, known for his album production credits with Arcade Fire, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, and Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds.

The first fruits of the sessions is the bass-led groove of Little Thing Gone Wild, available as an instant grat track with album pre-orders, which can be made here

Ahead of the release the band visit Europe for an extensive tour kicking off in late October, where US psych/electro duo The Vacant Lots will support them on several dates.
