Watch: Lowell - Kids

Two treats for you this morning from Appartjik's Lowell whose catchy, percussion heavy hypno-pop should appease fans of Lykke Li and Florence Welch. The first is the video for 'Kids' which can be viewed below.



Even better is the wonderful 'Shake Him Off', which is so chock-a-block with lovelorn lyrics involving DJs and shotguns, we can hear Lana Dull Ray's jealous sneer a mile off. PLUS, she only went and got bandmates Magne F (Aha), Guy Berryman (Coldplay) and Jonas Bjerre (Mew) to help record her debut EP.



This Canadian songstress releases her EP, 'If You Can Solve This Jumble', on October 29th and plays a special first time show at Notting Hill Arts Club on October 18th.
