The Entire City Release New Single You Are Not The Sun

Rising Liverpool alt. rock outfit The Entire City have unveiled their second single, thunderous new cut You Are Not The Sun. Combing The Cure’s post-punk era with the atmospheric guitar textures of The War On Drugs and the rhythmic power of Pixies and Husker Du, the track showcases the duo’s expansive live sound.

Recorded and mixed by venerated Liverpool producer Danny Woodward (Ladytron, Circa Waves), the track was mastered by Pete Maher (Maximo Park, Desperate Journalist). The group launch the single with a gig at The Shipping Forecast, Liverpool this Saturday 10th November, joined by fellow Merseyside luminaries Samurai Kip, The Probes and Oh Well, Goodbye. The show follows The Entire City’s previous single launch for debut single Cruel which sold out city centre venue Sound Food & Drink.
