Parisian noir pop trio unveil new video and announce album and tour dates for 2020

Juniore Parisian alt. pop experts Juniore have announced details of their eagerly awaited new album Un Deux Trois, scheduled for release on 28th February 2020.

Signed to UK based French language label Outre, the disc is the follow up to the yéyé noir outfit’s excellent 2018 UK debut Magnifique.

The first French language group to be A-listed on BBC 6 Music, Juniore have reached new audiences over the past 18 months through their support stint with the Dandy Warhols and soundtrack inclusions in acclaimed series Good Girls and the multi award winning Killing Eve.

Following on from languid psych-pop cut En Solitaire released in May, the band have unveiled a video to the single’s flipside, Ah bah d’accord.

Roughly translated as a resigned shrug of “Oh, OK”, the garage rock rush is evocative of Stereolab meets surf pop. Set in a high school gym, the clip features regular collaborator, actress/dancer Margot Ladroue, taking part in a roller derby that becomes increasingly fractious as it progresses.

Both tracks are set to feature on Un, Deux, Trois alongside live favourite Soudain. In support of the LP the trio have announced a headline tour throughout April. Kicking off in Brighton on the 16th, the ten dates take in an afternoon show at Birkenhead Library in Wirral as part of the Get Loud In Libraries scheme.
