Flyying Colours Set to visit the Northern Hemisphere on tour next month (see dates below) Australian dream pop quartet Flyying Colours have just unveiled the video to new single 1987.

Possibly the band’s strongest single to date, an indie pop rush that pairs the vocals of guitarists Brodie Brümmer, and Gemma O’Connor, the cut named after Brümmer’s birth year evokes Strawberry Wine era MBV and classic Slowdive. Backed with a video clip comprising band shot backstage footage and scenes from shows in Europe and China, the track is taken from last year’s excellent debut LP Mindfullness (review)

Returning to Brighton's Great Escape Festival, the Melbourne based quartet are joined on three of their UK dates by Club AC30 labelmates, South Coast psych trio Is Bliss.
