Yeasayer To Release New Album

Yeasayer's anticipated new album 'Fragrant World' is set to be releases on August 20th and it will be their first full length LP since 2010's 'Odd Blood.' The album has been produced by the band again and promises more of the band's schizophrenic and colourful loveliness. The band promise a kaleidoscopic journey through dusky pop, jittery funk and exuberant bass.

"I wanted to make a record that was legitimately, to use a bad word, funky," bassist Chris Keating said.

The band are playing Latitude this summer and will announce UK dates very soon.
