Pale Rider Return With Swaggering New Single Django Gothic Liverpool psych/garage outfit Pale Rider make a welcome return to the fray with with new cut Django.

A short, sharp shock of a track, the swaggering slab of ragged glam rock recalls OK Computer-era Radiohead. Drawing inspiration from the track was inspired by legendary jazz guitarist Django Reinhardt and Quentin Tarantino’s revenge Western Django Unchained.

Artwork for the cut meanwhile draws inspiration from the masks worn by the surrogate band that opened Pink Floyd’s iconic series of gigs for The Wall.

Fresh from playing Psych Rising all-dayer in Manchester, Pale Rider have a pair of live dates coming up, the third volume of underground Liverpool music festival Freakscene and a support slot with rising dream pop types Flowvers.
