One Day Summer Solstice

We all know what central London is like in the summer: tens of thousands of people, sweaty, drippy, cramped and to make matters worse every five minutes yet another two day festival pops up to clog buses, tubes and neighbouring bars. We can all do without that.

One Day Summer Solstice Thankfully this summer something new has popped up designed to avoid ALL of this. Front To Back have got some of their friends together to set up One Day, an intimate little day and night party taking place over the Summer Solstice of Saturday June 21st at The Willows, Hertfordshire.

The premise is a fairly simple one: A party that runs from 1pm until 6am, intimate numbers (500 people), BBQ stalls, cocktails, laidback summer vibes and a complete absence of shitty city life.
The daytime line up will be ably handled by the good folk of Rush Hour, who will be bringing Tom Trago (pictured), Hunee, San Proper and Maxi Mill along to spread the good vibes whilst the night time line up sees Innervisions’ Marcus Worgull and Constantine Sibold along with Sven Weismann and Jacques Adda. Meanwhile in the second tent the daytime will be hosted by Saints Don’t Sleep and as night falls they’ll be passing the party torch over to Bade Records.

So even if it is only for One Day this summer we say fuck clammy, corporate, crowded London festivals and head out to the countryside!
