Fixit Kid Bad news all round really.
Dananananaykroyd have decided to call it a day after five years and two records together.
The band said: "We all still love each other very much," said the group, "for a band called Dananananaykroyd we've done more than we ever expected or possibly even intended and we've enjoyed nearly every step of the way. We're very keen at the same time to make sure we're never compromising or giving anything less than 100% and at this juncture of our collective lives, it makes sense to go out with a bang - which is exactly what this tour will be."
Catch the band one last time at one of these dates:

And if that wasn't bad enough, there also comes the announcement that Fixit Kid have decided to call it a day. Despite acclaimed reviews for their most recent third record Fixit Kid III, the band, who have been together for 11 years, will be losing their drummer Dan at the end of the year and can't continue with a different person in his place.
If you haven't got hold of their last record yet, read about it here and buy it here.
Fixit Kid's final show will be on December 8th at The Old Bell, Derby. Entry is free with support from Baby Godzilla and Crushing Blows. May we suggest you get yourself along there!
