Listen: Phantom - Kisses

The ghost of 20th century French composer Eric Satie has been conjured by a glitchy duo. One of his most popular compositions, 'Gymnopédie no. 1, now has a spectral facelift from the ephemeral hands of Helsinki's Phantom aka Hanna Toivonen and Tommi Koskinen. Glacial keys roam with Toivonen's eerie vocals before skittering beats scatter down like lucid projections from Flying Lotus' Cosmogramma. Goosebumps compulsory.

The pair released Scars, their debut EP in Spring 2012 and they've already gained fans in the xx. Phantom's next two shows will be at Eurosonic on the 9th and 11th of January.
