False Advertising Announce New EP I Would Be So Much Happier… Manchester DIY noise pop mavens False Advertising maintain their prolific release rate with new EP I Would Be So Much Happier If I Just Stopped Caring.

A limited-edition cassette EP with download code, the release will be available exclusively at the band’s live shows (see dates below), which sees the group’s hectic live schedule stretch into Autumn.

The release pulls together the standalone releases the band have issued so far this year, including Hey You from last month and Honest released in June, which came backed with an excellent ‘Fake News’ parodying video.

The trio described the tracks that comprise I Would Be So Much Happier If I Just Stopped Caring as ‘…the result of a year of being bombarded by frustrating cultural and political events. It's about wanting to run away from all the pointless nonsense, stupidity and inequality that we're surrounded by, but ultimately never quite being able to get it out of our heads’.
